“Why Attitude-First Hiring Builds Stronger Flex Space Teams”
In a city full of flexible workspaces, Creo London stands out for its thoughtfully curated approach to the modern office. Founded by co-owners Corina and her husband, Matt, the brand grew from a simple but powerful belief: workspaces should feel as intentional and inspiring as the work being done in them. After years of experience in the industry and a successful journey building and exiting their previous company, The Space, they launched Creo to bring beautifully considered environments to life across the capital.
Today, Creo operates three exceptional locations in central London, Chancery Lane, Oxford Circus and London Bridge, each designed with bespoke features like private offices, collaborative lounges, meeting rooms and roof terraces that support focus, connection and wellbeing.
In this interview, Corina opens up about what truly sets Creo apart, how they support and grow their team, and what they prioritise when hiring new talent.

What’s one feature that sets your space apart from others?
“For me, it’s the feeling the moment you walk in. We’re obsessive about design, yes, but more than that, we care about how people experience the space day to day. It’s calm, considered and human – not corporate, not trying too hard. People tell us they feel more focused here, more themselves. That’s intentional. Creo isn’t just somewhere you work; it’s somewhere you can actually think.”
How do you support team development and growth?
“We’re big believers in trust. Our team isn’t boxed into narrow roles, they’re encouraged to understand the wider business, take ownership, and speak up with ideas. Growth here often comes from being trusted with responsibility earlier than expected, and being supported while you figure it out. When we hire, we’re already thinking long-term, which is why we lean on specialists like TRC to help us bring in people who can grow with the business, not just do the job today. From there, development is about regular check-ins, honest conversations, and shaping roles around people as they evolve.”
What is most important for you when hiring new talent?
“Attitude, always. Skills can be taught, but curiosity, care and emotional intelligence can’t. We look for people who genuinely give a damn – about the members, the space, and the people they work with. You guys (TRC) really understand our culture and values, which means we’re meeting candidates who already align with how we operate, not just what’s written on a CV.”
Corina and Matt have created more than beautiful offices; they’ve built environments where people thrive, ideas flourish, and you truly feel part of their community. Creo Chancery Lane is also home to TRC HQ – our team absolutely love their space!
